We ship our products to almost all parts of Kashmir. Orders placed will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. We dispatch on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
To ensure the fastest delivery, we have partnered with reputable courier companies that operate in our region. Our aim is to deliver your orders to your doorstep safely and on or before the promised time.
All items are meticulously packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Our packaging includes waterproofing with plastic wrap, and fragile items are securely wrapped in bubble wrap. You can track your order status using your Order ID. Orders received are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, and in most cases, on the same day if placed before 3 PM, excluding Public Holidays or weekends in some cases.
Generally, all orders are delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your shipping location. Orders placed within Srinagar city are usually delivered on the next working day.
The delivery time mentioned on the “product page – check delivery information” is the maximum time our shipping vendors will take to deliver your package.
We also offer “Cash on Delivery” (COD) for all our products. You can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery, without making any advance payment on the F Store website. Please note that we do not accept foreign currency, DD, or Cheque as payment against a COD order.
To provide you with fast delivery, our team may contact you (via email/phone) for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation within the next 48 hours from the time of order placement. Cash payment to our Courier Partner is required only at the time of delivery.
